HOMESCHOOL FITNESS CLUB
Homeschool Fitness Club will help kids run faster, jump higher, become stronger and have more fun playing the games they want to play.
This strength training program is geared towards those who are looking to gain strength without gaining bulk. Don't be fooled, this will work ya. Don't have any equipment? No problem, minimal equipment is needed for this program.
This is the Bigger Faster Stronger program that will get you ready for any sport. CBH Sports believes in lifting hard, running fast, and getting stronger, and this program will get you there. Get ready to work and blow the competition out of the water.
Enter unstable load training; the ability to unconventionally move/lift an odd object, unstable, or uneven load efficiently and effectively. Perfect for Military, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, and EMS personnel.
Speed, Agility, and Quickness will help you run circles around the competition. This program is added to Off-Season Training, but can also be a stand alone if you are happy with your strength program.
