This strength training program is geared towards those who are looking to gain strength without gaining bulk. Don't be fooled, this will work ya. Don't have any equipment? No problem, minimal equipment is needed for this program. 

POWER

This is the Bigger Faster Stronger program that will get you ready for any sport. CBH Sports believes in lifting hard, running fast, and getting stronger, and this program will get you there. Get ready to work and blow the competition out of the water.

TACTICAL

Enter unstable load training; the ability to unconventionally move/lift an odd object, unstable, or uneven load efficiently and effectively. Perfect for Military, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, and EMS personnel.

SAQ

Speed, Agility, and Quickness will help you run circles around the competition. This program is added to Off-Season Training, but can also be a stand alone if you are happy with your strength program.

12 Weeks One-on-One

Strength and Conditioning One-on-One consists of...

  • 1 - 60 Minute Session = $65

  • 3 - 60 Minute Sessions = $189

  • 5 - 60 Minute Sessions = $300

  • 10 - 60 Minute Sessions = $575

To keep even with the online program, we will workout at least three times per week, if you bought the 10 session package the cost is at least $172.50 per week. To keep up with the workouts, you will need to renew several times at the 10 session package rate. Multiply that $172.50 by 12 weeks and you get $2070 for that 12 week period. 

Don't forget other costs as well...

  • Tire wear

  • Gas cost, prices are going up.

  • Wear and tear on the vehicle engine. 

  • Gym costs, if applicable

  • Other
