STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM

CIRCUIT

This strength training program is geared towards those who are looking to gain strength without gaining bulk. Don't be fooled, this will work ya. Don't have any equipment? No problem, minimal equipment is needed for this program. 

POWER

This is the Bigger Faster Stronger program that will get you ready for any sport. CBH Sports believes in lifting hard, running fast, and getting stronger, and this program will get you there. Get ready to work and blow the competition out of the water.

TACTICAL

Enter unstable load training; the ability to unconventionally move/lift an odd object, unstable, or uneven load efficiently and effectively. Perfect for Military, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, and EMS personnel.

SAQ

Speed, Agility, and Quickness will help you run circles around the competition. This program is added to Off-Season Training, but can also be a stand alone if you are happy with your strength program.

Strength training or resistance training involves the performance of physical exercises which are designed to improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the use of weights. It can also incorporate a variety of training techniques such as calisthenics, isometrics, and plyometrics.  CBH Sports Performance Online Program uses all methods to help you become the athlete you desire. The programs are challenging and you will see great gains when you stick to all 12 weeks.

With little to no equipment, you can still gain strength. This workout has it all: calisthenics, plyometrics, pushing, pulling, and working you while you stay in your living room. This is a great bodyweight workout routine.

It also continues to be a key focus for the Tactical Strength and Conditioning industry and is a becoming a mainstream component to fitness regimens in the Military, Law Enforcement, Fire Services, and hunters.

SAQ TRAINING

SAQ stands for Speed, Agility, and Quickness training. SAQ is a functional training program that helps you move more efficiently in your sport.

Speed - how fast you can move in one direction unhindered. However, you body will only move as fast as it knows it can slow down. We train both.

Agility - the ability to move fast in any direction. The ability to change direction on a dime separates you from the competition.

Quickness - your reaction time to changing directions. The speed in which you can move from one spot to another.
